Terms of Service
Last updated · August 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Triangle Centre Court website, accounts, court reservations, open-play services, and related venue services in Bula, General Santos City, South Cotabato, Philippines. By creating an account, signing in, submitting a booking, or confirming acceptance at checkout, you agree to these Terms.
Please review the booking details, total price, payment instructions, and applicable cancellation information before paying. Our Privacy Policyexplains how personal data is processed; acknowledging it does not waive any privacy right.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create or complete registration for a customer account. A parent or guardian may not accept these Terms on behalf of a minor to create a customer account for that minor.
- New customer-account registration is limited to people who reside in General Santos City, Philippines, at the time of registration. You must truthfully confirm this eligibility. We do not use Google profile data or IP location as proof of your city, and an existing customer is not prevented from signing in merely because they are temporarily outside the city.
- You must provide accurate, current information. Do not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without authority.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password, OTPs, and devices secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Venue staff may create a provisional record for a walk-in or a person included in an open-play party. A provisional record is not a completed customer account. The person providing another player’s details must be authorized to do so.
Booking formation and confirmation
- Selecting a slot creates a temporary hold for the period shown at checkout. If a valid payment proof is not submitted before the deadline, the hold may expire and the slot may be released automatically.
- A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment is received, reviewed, and approved by authorized venue staff. A reference number or uploaded proof alone does not guarantee a slot.
- You must check the court, game, date, time, duration, players, and total before payment. Contact us promptly if a confirmation is incorrect.
- Availability is updated frequently but may be affected by simultaneous requests, maintenance, safety conditions, tournaments, emergencies, or other operational needs.
- If we must materially move, shorten, or cancel a confirmed booking, we will notify you and offer a reasonable reschedule or any refund or other remedy required by Philippine law.
Open play
- Open-play sessions use shared queues, parties, court rotations, and capacity limits. Joining a session does not guarantee a particular partner, opponent, court, or number of matches.
- Players must check in, respond when called, and follow the session format and reasonable staff instructions. Operational queue or match adjustments may be made to keep play safe and fair.
- A public open-play session view may show a player’s first name so players can follow the queue and court calls. Public queue and match views do not show last names, and public leaderboards also use first names only.
Prices, charges, and payment
- Prices are stated in Philippine Pesos (₱). The total payable, including applicable taxes and any transaction or system charge, is shown before you transfer payment. You are responsible only for the total presented for that transaction, subject to a correction you accept before payment or one required by law.
- Pay only through a method and recipient displayed at checkout. Enter an accurate reference number and submit genuine, accurate transaction details. A permitted crop or redaction must not hide or alter a fact needed for verification.
- Upload only the receipt or screenshot for the exact transaction used to pay the booking or group of bookings shown at checkout. Crop or redact your balance, unrelated transactions, and unnecessary account details while keeping the amount, recipient, date and time, status, and reference number visible.
- Never send an MPIN, OTP, password, recovery code, login screen, or complete wallet or bank transaction history. We may require a new, minimized proof when the image is incomplete or contains unrelated personal data.
- An online booking summary or booking confirmation is an operational record and is not necessarily the BIR-registered sales or service invoice. We will issue the applicable BIR-compliant invoice separately, electronically or at the venue, as required by law.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds
- An unpaid pending hold may be cancelled or allowed to expire while that option is available. Because no payment has been approved for that hold, no refund is due.
- For a customer-requested change to an approved booking, our ordinary remedy is rescheduling, subject to availability and reasonable venue requirements. We do not offer a discretionary cash refund for a customer cancellation, change of mind, late arrival, or no-show.
- If the amount transferred is less than the total shown for the transaction, the booking is not confirmed. The amount actually received will be returned after we verify the payer and transaction. Do not make a second transfer unless venue staff provides updated instructions.
- No provision in these Terms removes a refund, replacement, re-performance, or other remedy available when a paid service is not supplied, is materially not as described, or when Philippine consumer law otherwise requires a remedy.
- A refund required for an insufficient transfer or by law will be returned through a reasonably appropriate method after the information needed to validate the payer and transaction is confirmed.
Venue conduct, safety, and assumption of ordinary risks
- Pickleball and other physical activity involve ordinary risks such as falls, collisions, overexertion, and contact with equipment or other players. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate and for using appropriate care and equipment.
- Follow posted venue rules and reasonable staff safety instructions. Do not participate while impaired or when your conduct creates an unreasonable risk to another person or property.
- An adult who brings a minor to the venue remains responsible for supervising that minor. Tell staff about an immediate hazard or incident as soon as reasonably possible.
Acceptable use
You must not submit false or misleading payment proof, make fraudulent or speculative bookings, misuse another person’s data, probe or bypass security, interfere with the platform, use automated tools that burden the service, threaten or harass another person, damage the venue, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security concerns, repeated no-shows, unpaid balances, serious or repeated rule violations, abuse of staff or players, or unlawful conduct. When appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Suspension does not remove an accrued payment obligation or a right or remedy available under law.
Platform availability and liability
We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but temporary interruptions, delays, or technical errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, a violation of data-subject or consumer rights, or any liability that Philippine law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Complaints and disputes
Please first contact us with your name, booking or payment reference, a description of the concern, and the remedy requested at centrecourtgsc@gmail.com so we can use our internal complaint process. If the concern remains unresolved, you may pursue the remedies available through the Department of Trade and Industry, the National Privacy Commission for privacy matters, another competent regulator, alternative dispute resolution, or the courts, as applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any choice of forum is subject to mandatory consumer-protection and procedural rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively when the service, venue rules, or applicable law changes. The revised version will show a new “Last updated” date. We will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance for a material change when required. A material change will not retroactively remove a right or remedy connected with an already paid booking.
